Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Girlfriend List. Read them. Using the Site means you accept them.

1. Definitions

  • "Site" means the website at aigirlfriendlist.com and any subdomains.
  • "Editor" means the operator of AI Girlfriend List.
  • "You" means any person who accesses the Site.
  • "Third-party app" means any AI companion application reviewed or linked from the Site.
  • "Content" means text, screenshots, ratings, lists, code and other material published on the Site.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Affiliate Disclosure. If you do not agree, leave the Site.

3. Age requirement (18+)

The Site reviews applications that may contain adult content. You must be 18 or older to use the Site. You must be 21 or older where required by local law. By continuing, you certify that you meet the age requirement.

The Site does not host adult media. Age-gated content lives on the third-party apps reviewed here. Each app handles its own age verification under its own terms.

4. Editorial nature

The Site is an independent editorial publication. Reviews, ratings and rankings reflect the opinion of the editorial team at the time of writing. Pricing, features and availability of third-party apps may change without notice.

The Content is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. The Content is not a recommendation to enter into any romantic, sexual or therapeutic relationship with software.

5. Intellectual property

All Content on the Site, except where attributed otherwise, is owned by the Editor or licensed to the Editor. Logos and trade names of third-party apps belong to their respective owners and appear here for editorial identification only.

You may quote short passages with a link back to the original page. You may not copy, repackage or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission. Scraping for the purpose of training generative models is prohibited unless we grant a written licence.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

  • Attempt to break, probe or overload the Site or its hosting.
  • Submit false reports, fake reviews or spam.
  • Use the Site to harass, defame or harm any person.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code beyond what your browser does to render the page.
  • Bypass technical or contractual restrictions, including rate limits and robots.txt rules.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with the Site or its editorial team.

7. Third-party apps and links

The Site links to AI companion apps operated by third parties. The Editor is not responsible for the behaviour, pricing, content moderation or terms of those apps. Read the terms of any app before signing up. Any contract you form with a third-party app is between you and that app.

8. DMCA and copyright complaints

If you own the rights to material that appears on the Site without your permission, send a notice to contact@aigirlfriendlist.com with subject line [DMCA]. Include:

  • A description of the work that you claim is infringed.
  • The exact URL of the page on our Site that hosts the alleged infringement.
  • Your contact details, including a postal address.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  • A statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Valid notices result in removal or limitation of access within a reasonable time. Misuse of the DMCA process may expose you to liability for damages.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Editor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Editorial judgements may turn out to be wrong. App availability and pricing may differ from what we state. Always verify on the official app site before paying.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Editor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. The Editor is not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of the Editor is capped at one hundred euros (100 EUR).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Editor harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your interaction with any third-party app linked from the Site.

12. Force majeure

The Editor is not liable for any failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, government action, labour disputes and large-scale provider failures.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants you a more favourable forum.

14. Severability

If any clause of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that clause is severed and the remaining clauses stay in force.

15. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Affiliate Disclosure, form the entire agreement between you and the Editor regarding the Site.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes are flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
